Lacey & Co. Consulting ("we", "us") operates thelaceyandco.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Contact details you give us. When you email us, book a call, or reserve a build, we receive your name, email address, business details, and any information you choose to share.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe shares the transaction status and billing summary with us.
• Scheduling information. Calls are booked through Cal.com, which collects your name, email, and the time you reserve.
• Site usage. Standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics record which pages are visited and basic device information. We do not use this to identify individuals.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and deliver the services you've requested.
• To send transactional messages about your engagement, invoices, and project handoffs.
• To improve the Site and understand how visitors find and use it.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask to be added.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business — Stripe (payments), Cal.com (scheduling), our email provider, and ClickUp (project delivery for active clients). Each handles your information under its own privacy terms. We also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep client and prospect records for as long as needed to provide services and meet tax and record-keeping requirements (typically up to 7 years). You can ask us to delete information sooner where the law allows.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@thelaceyandco.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The Site uses only the cookies needed for basic functionality and aggregate analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

Children

The Site and our services are not directed to children under 13.
